    Engin Tarım A.Ş. is one of the largest vertically integrated fruit producers in Turkey, cultivating over 2.3 million dwarf apple trees and producing more than 55 000 tonnes of apples annually. In addition to apples, the company also grows kiwis and avocados, and controls the entire production process – from cultivation and harvesting to cold storage, packaging, and export.

    The Goal

    To expand integrated fruit operations by setting up a high-capacity juice processing line. This will allow to reduce waste from non-export quality fruit, produce value-added juice products and meet the growing demand for natural fruit juices in both local and international markets.
